Out of focus. I love to capture shots where the foreground is blurred, and the background is brought to life. Sometimes this can be accidental and sometimes on purpose. For this photo, I wanted to show off the background, and use the focus to add mystery to the shot. The reflection of the passing car in the background, also shows that sometimes what we see in life is a little out of focus.
