Old God Anubis

Chosen to rule the Underworld, Hades was among the strongest of the Old Gods, if not the strongest. He was cunning and strong-willed, which made him a perfect ruler of the Underworld, but did not want to rule it forever. Hades always vowed that one day, when given the choice, he would leave the Underworld behind and return to the heavens once more.

Odin is a mysterious yet all-powerful God who resides in the heavens. His task is to oversee all the other Gods and report to the Ancient One. With the help of his two ravens, Huginn and Muninn, he keeps a watchful eye over the other Old Gods. The other Old Gods would not dare confront him or face his wrath and the wrath of the Ancient One.

Once a devourer of worlds, Rykjin was one of the fiercest Old Gods in the universe. But after he disobeyed the Ancient One and destroyed a world filled with innocent beings, he was cast down onto Earth. Rykjin was made to live the rest of his immortality roaming the seas of Earth, never to hurt another being again.

Sobek was always jealous of Anubis' power and his rule over Earth. He desired Earth for himself, but he could not defeat Anubis on his own. When Anubis confided to him that he wanted to take the Ancient One's power. Sobek saw this as an opportunity to warn the Ancient One of Anubis' plans and hopefully dethrone Anubis and take his place as the overlord of Earth.

Amaterasu, the divine Goddess of the Heavens, looked over all the beings who passed through to the afterlife. Her presence brought peace to the arriving beings. Without her, they would roam the afterlife carelessly, never knowing true peace.

Known for her wisdom and strategic prowess, Athena serves as an advisor to the Ancient One, offering counsel that helps shape the destiny of all the worlds. She keeps watch on the mortals and their leaders, ensuring they don't stray off the path they are meant to be on. She provides them with guidance in times of conflict and peace.

Freya, known not only for her unparalleled beauty but also for her fierce spirit, Freya was the protector of the Ancient One's temple, keeping a close eye out for any intruders or other Old Gods who'd cause trouble.  Freya was skilful with her axes and no one would dare challenge her might, but she could never be too careful as the other Old Gods could not be fully trusted.

Xochiquetzal was once a loving Goddess filled with joy and life, but now she has chosen a life of solitude deep within the jungles of her planet. She is one of the few Old Gods who is no longer involved with the people she was chosen to care for. After millennia of seeing the people she cared for and loved destroy their world, she turned away from them. The hatred they felt towards each other and the world drove her into hiding.

The Ancient One, creator of all universes. She breathed life into a lifeless abyss, creating everything we know. Only the chosen can be in her presence and not burst into dust.
