This is the Agora... called SAPP! It is powered by an enigmatic otherworldly mask and is very low orbiting with a permanent crew of aliens. :) This Agora, one of many from an advanced civilization, seeds the earth with spheres containing biological organisms.

A collection of - 50 - Living Cloud Centered Mini Artworks. Clouds generated and kept in place by attached small alchemical generators. The magical liquid from the generators permeate through the environment. Clouds bloom and move, but stay gravitated in place :)
