Buster is a perfectionist when it comes to coffee. He is dedicated to pouring the perfect cup for every customer at Cafe Point. If you are not going to do it right, why do it at all? It's a disservice to the beans. Buster takes careful consideration of what beans to use and the grind for what type of brewing method. He is very secretive about his roasting process and where exactly his beans come from. He can be a bit snooty and condescending at times, and it takes a while to get a cup, but everyone agrees it's the best coffee they have ever tasted.
