Ben is an award-winning engineer and one of the nicest people you could ever meet. So nice that people tend to just walk all over him. When Tyrone was talking about getting back into D&D to remind himself of happier times in the hopes of sparking some creativity Ben signed up immediately. He thought living as someone else would be fun. Even if it was make-believe. He decided on the character of a monk but none of their trappings. This has given him the ability to act and say what he's too afraid to in the real world. Hopefully now day he can take the things he's learned about himself from the game and start actually standing up to others.
