Billy is a true mixologist. He is constant;y creating new and interesting flavor combinations, and is great at pairing food with the appropriate drink to make an unbelievable meal. His on;y problem is that most of the islanders at The Bar-nicle really are just looking for a beer, and could care less about his Smoked Rose or Gunpowder Gimlet. He'll turn them all around though, one drink at a time.
