Etobo is the last of an ancient race of frostorians who space-traveled to Alkebulan before their existence and supposed creation back on the Frovian planet. Etobo's mere existence confirms that Dr. Waldo Kricky was, in fact, not the creator of Frostorians. The scholars of the Holy Amvidian empire have asserted that although he physically did create some of them, many others were awoken.
