The Specter Machine is an interdimensional transportation mean in use for shifting from Dimension - 0 to Dimension - 1 (and possibly others), and vice-versa. The history of the contraption is mysterious. There is no known creator or manufacturer to the machine, it just "appeared" one day in Dimension - 1 at a classified location. Its interior resembles an engine room from a submarine, the Specter Machine is often called "U-Bote" by its operators. The machine can be operated only by highly qualified personnel with approval basis protocols by the UEB Ministry of Defense. The machine needs to be fueled with high grade Kovalen fuel, a mixture of tachyonic condensates and Kometa oil (a hydrocarbon found on Kometa, a large satellite-like body next to Jupiter, in Dimension - 1).
